"Glad They Took My Account Security Seriously"
I got a strange login alert out of nowhere, and Saks locked my account quickly. At first I was a little annoyed because I had to verify my info to get back in, but i’d rather deal with that than have someone messing around in my account. It felt like the right call, and I’m glad they caught it so fast.

My order from saksfifthavenue.com came in nicely packed. Like, the box was clean. Not crushed. Not beat up. Everything inside was wrapped neatly too, which I always notice because I worry about dents, leaks, smashed corners, all that. None of that happened here. It felt like someone actually took a minute to pack it right before shipping. Really happy with it. I’d order again.

From what I remember, they had a lot of nice brands and styles to choose from, which made browsing easy. The only thing is that some sizes seemed to sell out really quickly, so I’d probably check back often or buy sooner next time

I’ll admit, the rewards are actually nice if you shop here a lot. The points add up faster than I expected, and the free shipping has definitely saved me money. That said, I wouldn’t say it’s worth going out of your way for unless you’re already buying from them regularly. So yeah, I like it… but also kind of only under the right circumstances.

The discounts can be decent sometimes, but the exclusions get a little annoying. You think you’re saving more than you actually are, and then a bunch of stuff doesn’t qualify… so it’s okay, just not always worth the hassle.

I ordered a dress from saksfifthavenue.com and ended up using their alterations after it came in. I think it was sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. The waist was a bit loose and the length needed to be taken up. The tailor was really nice, took a few quick measurements, and the dress was ready around when they said it would be. It fits so much better now, and it was nice not having to worry about finding someone else to fix it. Overall, I’m happy with how it all went.

My account on saksfifthavenue.com works fine for the most part, but doing basic stuff in it felt kind of awkward. I was trying to update some info and look back at older orders, and it took more clicks than I figured it would. Nothing was really broken or anything, it just wasn’t all that smooth. Customer service did help me out eventually, but it took a bit. Overall it’s okay, but the account area could definitely be easier to use.
